A versatile building protection:

In recent years there has been an increasing requirement for the construction industry to be engaged in the development of concrete and mortar additives, and this has now reached remarkable results. A large number of products have been developed that are intended to protect buildings against the elements and against exposure to harsh substances of various kinds. Air in connection with rain and carbon dioxide is one of the modern damaging factors present in the environment.

 

It has always been one of the main goals to increase the quality of  building materials such as concrete, plaster and mortar. Concrete aggregate applications are often used to achieve a frost-proof, waterproof and corrosive resistant barrier. A possible loss of concrete strength and a tendency to shrink when using the products has also to be considered. Therefore for each desired concrete application, correct mixing has to be achieved to get the required results.

 

WASTOP-Liquid was developed in order to simplify this processing and monitoring, and to find a real cost-effective solution of the problems. In addition a wide applicability with WASTOP, offers the greatest possible improvement in the quality characteristics of the concrete or mortar.

During the application you simply only need to add some water - to get the tempering affect.

 

With WASTOP-Liquid - the following improvements are achieved:

a) Plasticization

b) Significant lower pore volume

c) No damage to the shape retention

d) Higher ultimate material strength

e) Waterproofness

f) No change in volume

g) High wear-resistance

h) When using Iron Portland cement the hydration is slightly extended

i) With Portland cement the deshuttering can be reduced

j) No decomposition, even during transport by conveyor belts

k) Increase adhesiveness of fresh concrete used on top of old concrete.
